On Friday, September 21, 2018, from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm EST, a closed-casket visitation will be held at Flanner-Buchanan Washington Park North, 2706 Kessler Blvd West Dr. Indianapolis, IN 46228. The visitation will be held at the funeral center – it is clearly marked and there is parking at the center. The phone number of the facility is (317) 259-1253.
On Saturday, September 22, 2018, the funeral ceremony for William Ramey will be held at Flanner-Buchanan Washington Park North, 2706 Kessler Blvd West Dr. Indianapolis, IN 46228. Pre-ceremony visitation will begin at 9:45 am. The ceremony begins at 10:30 am.
After the ceremony, William Ramey will be entombed in the mausoleum at Washington Park North Cemetery with full military honors next to his beloved wife, Merrell.
Following the interment, the family would welcome you for a celebration of Bill Ramey’s life. The celebration will be held at the lakeside home of his son-in-law and elder daughter, Harris Turner and Diane Ramey Tuner, in McCordsville, IN, starting at approximately 1:30 pm until at least 4:30 pm (Bill’s parties rarely had a firm stop time).
